Settlement payment dates will be issued once the claims have been processed. Though if you are hiring a professional you should do some due diligence for yourself, i.e. find out a bit about their background before you go ahead, find out costs, so you can keep it at a minimum etc. If you are a small business, and find yourself in tax debt and need tax debt relief, the same procedure will apply; the majority will opt for professional help, as small businesses may be a little more complex; be sure to obtain all accounts records.
