Monday night Senator Chris Dodd (D-CT and Senator Richard Shelby (R-
AL), Chairman and Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Banking,
Housing, and Urban Affairs announced that they had reached an agreement
that will be

presented to the whole committee on Tuesday.
