Claims Court for my Ex?

I am being charged 8260.85 for breaking our lease (my ex and I lived together) and we both left when things weren’t looking well so i have been on top of this situation because i don’t want to look like i am running away from the situation..anyways, he’s not taking care of this matter (im pregnant with his baby too!!!!!! and he’s not taking care of this as well) and when i called the company they informed me that the letters they sent him were coming back and he hasn’t done anything. I called the apt. complex and they were trying to get in contact with him but he kept hanging up and wouldn’t do anything. I want to clear the debt after i give birth and get a job but he’ll be free of debt…how do i get the money he owes me..? Plus he owes me 490.00 of my bank card (LOSER DAMN LOSER AND I AM TOO). i never knew he was this way before we dated and after finding out that he was, it gave me another reason to leave him. …how do i get the money he owes me..? Any advice or answers relating to what i should do will be greatly appreciated….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
