Best in Money and Investing: Summer’s Almost Over Edition

Another week of great reads.  These are entries from blogs I frequent, and I hope you will too ( just come back! ).  I’ve also included various finance/investing carnivals that published my material this week as well as my posts within my network since the last weekly links. This week’s edition is a stark reminder that summer’s almost over :<.  It’s been a mixed financial bag for investors and consumers this summer.  We have a rising stock market and conversely, we have an administration bent on printing cash, handouts and transition of wealth from those who have it to those who don’t (not getting political here, just from an economic standpoint, this can’t be denied – from pending tax increases [middle class included] to health care to mortgage subsidies for underwater mortgages to cash for clunkers – it’s a free for all).  So, here are the best articles of the week; hope you enjoy!
