A lot of you will be looking to buy the important men in your life something special, but you don’t want to break the bank doing it. Gift giving is an important symbol of affection, but I don’t like when people go overboard without the means to do it. Unless you have a bunch of money to blow, be creative and keep your budget under $100 for your closest friends and family. Men are typically tough to shop for because they usually want expensive electronics, tools, and clothing. Here are 10 gifts under $100 that will blow their mind. Hand Tools. This doesn’t sound too fancy, but a lot of men have old hand screw drivers and hammers that their father gave them, and they are too lazy to buy new ones for themselves. They’ll really appreciate this one. Tool Belt/Tool Box. Again, every guy needs a new one, but they always pass it up at the hardware store. A dog. Only do this is he has been talking about wanting one. Most guys love dogs, and you’ll make it the best Christmas ever for him if you pull this one off. To keep it under $100, rescue a mixed breed dog at the animal shelter. So many perfectly good dogs are euthanized every day, because people turn their noses up at muts, when in reality, they make the best pets. Pure breeds often have a lot of health issues and sometimes have more behavioral issues. His favorite TV DVD set. Guys love TV, and we all have a couple of shows that we never miss. Buy him his favorite set of TV DVD’s and he’ll love it. Hot shaving foam
dispenser. Hang with me on this one. It sounds dumb, but any guy who has used a hot foam dispenser knows that it’s a VERY nice luxury and something he’ll use ALL the time. Hot foam helps you get a cleaner and closer shave. Blu-Ray DVD Player. You can’t see the difference but guys can see the difference. These used to be $300, but now some of the off-brands are already under $100. A briefcase. Go to an outlet mall and you can find a name-brand briefcase for under $100. Get something with more of a modern, messenger-bag look. Keurig coffee maker. If he loves coffee but hates making it in the morning, this is the perfect gift. The Keurig brews a cup of coffee in 30 seconds, and the single-cup coffee makers are under $100. Dress Shoes. We hate buying the stuff we need most for ourselves. Look at the Kenneth Cole outlet store, Famous Footwear, and other high-end discount stores. Also, online retailers have great deals on dress shoes as well. Do you have any other suggestions? If so, share them with us in the comments section! And remember, guys love doing things and spending time, so tickets to a concert, sporting event, or other outing would be a great gift as well.
